We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions applying to the goods purchased on our website at any time, and any such change will be effective on all orders placed after such terms and conditions have been published on this website.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between You, the individual, company or organization (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and our website (“we,” “our”, “Company”).
By ordering, accessing, using or purchasing a product (“Product”) through this website, you are agreeing to be bound by, and are becoming a party to, this Agreement. We may at our sole and absolute discretion change, add, modify, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement for changes prior to use of the Website or purchase of the Product.

We have done our best to ensure that the content of this website, the description of the products and their prices are correct at the time of publishing.
We will try to correct any errors on the website as soon as we are reasonably able to. If we reasonably think that a mistake on our part has affected your order, we will do our best to let you know.
Purchase
Once you have placed an order through our website you will receive an order acknowledgement from us. This message simply states that your order has been received and it is not an acceptance of that order.
Once we have received payment in full for each relevant order placed by you, together with the cost of any associated delivery charges, we will issue a despatch email. Only at this time, we state that we accept your order.
We reserve the right to refuse orders before acceptance.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are permitted anytime before your order has been processed for dispatch by our warehouse. All orders received before 4pm PST are processed same-day. Please contact our customer service department for additional assistance.
Delivery and Returns
When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in the original unopened packaging in the condition that the goods were purchased in.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. You are responsible for the goods before return and for insuring or bearing the cost of the items until we have received them.
Upon delivery, you have 48 hours or two working days to raise any queries or inform us of any missing or damaged items. After this period, we will not be able to deal with any claims for missing or damaged items. We operate on a fair and flexible basis and will always look into any query in order to help our customers.
When receiving returned goods that have, in our opinion, been used, altered, damaged or are in any other way unfit for resale, or return to the manufacturer for credit, we will withhold any monies due, advise you in writing or by email within 14 days of any such intention and describe the nature of any such refusal to refund.
During any period thereafter the goods will be retained by us for a period of no longer than 30 days and be available for inspection by any interested parties, experts, or witnesses. Thereafter, unless the subject of further legal claims, the goods will be at their request returned to the original purchaser, at their expense, following the signing of a release form as provided by us.
Shipping and Handling
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL or other carriers depending on your location. Packages will be shipped within 3 business days and delivered within 5 -12 business days depending on the destination. Standard shipping and handling is included in all prices listed on this website. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. All packages are shipped with insurance, and delivery is guaranteed. If your package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or fails to be delivered for any reason, we will reship your at no cost to you. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
All items are also subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
Prices, Additional Taxes and Duties
*The Promo price marked with an asterisk (*) refers to products that expire in 12 months.
Prices displayed are excluding value added tax. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay applicable taxes and duties in relation to your state, province or country.
Please note that when you set a delivery address in Australia, Australian Goods and Services Tax of 10% will be automatically added to the order amount.
Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return the unused portion of your order to us for a full refund.
To return your order to us for a full refund you must contact us by live chat, phone or email, to request return instructions. Your return instructions will contain for where you are required to return your order, along with a return merchandise authorization number.
Please note that you pay for return shipping. Packages received at our warehouse without a return merchandise authorization number will not be refunded, and packages received past the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee timeline are also unable to be refunded.
Once your package has been received by our warehouse you will automatically be issued a refund within 48 hours. Please remember that it can take 3-5 business day for your bank to post your refund to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
Customer Repeat Service and Recurring Payments
Taking into account the number of products you ordered, we will calculate when you may run out of them and in advance we will collect for you a repeat order of the same goods at the same price as the first order. We will notify you by mail that the goods are ready to be shipped to you. When you confirm a repeat order, the order amount will be debited from your card. When placing the first order after entering your card details, you need to check the box that you agree to the terms and privacy policy and that you allow withdrawal of money from your card when re-ordering. You can also opt out of this option by writing to us in the comments to the first order, through the contact form or by mail.
Individual offers
Your trust and a positive impression of cooperation with you are very important to us. Therefore, we are ready in the future to offer you individual terms of cooperation, as far as it will be possible for us. We will consider your wishes. Write to us about this in your reply letters.
Liability

Nutri Stars makes no representation or warranty, express or implied (including, without limitation, warranties as to quality or fitness for purpose) in connection with any product(s) supplied by it under these Terms.
In any event, Nutri Stars sole liability and the user’s sole remedy for any defective product(s) supplied under these Terms shall be the replacement of the defective product(s) by Nutri Stars. Nutri Stars shall not be liable for economic or financial loss or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising.
We reserve the right at any time to:
- withdraw or add products to our range;
- add or remove suppliers from our list;
- revise prices;
- change delivery methods or carrier;
- amend these terms and conditions; and
- add to or remove payment methods (Mastercard and Visa at the moment only).
We shall not be responsible for the performance of any obligations which are outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes, lock outs, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, deliberate sabotage or malicious damage to equipment or data, or for damages to or destruction to premises or equipment.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of breaching any of the terms of our contract with you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any reasonably foreseeable consequence of is breaching our contract with you. A loss will be deemed to be reasonably foreseeable if it could be anticipated by you and us at the time the order was placed. Our liability shall not in any event include loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill or any other indirect or consequential loss associated with our contract with you.
These terms and conditions do not, however, limit our liability in any way in respect of:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude liability for at law; or
- Any matter under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Nutri Stars team and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying, manipulating, distributing, re-producing or storing any of the content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
